It all began with the search of my authentic path. I started studying Tibetan Buddhism in 2009, which sparked a strong interest in the subconscious, and it gave me the opportunity to explore the vast potential of inner growth that can be accessed through meditation and concentration techniques. I enjoy exploring these techniques with other aspirants in all levels of meditation!
I have been leading weekly meditation groups since 2016.
Guiding them through a variety of meditation techniques that can bring us in alignment with our most authentic path.
I've developed meditation techniques learned from my own teachers: Brian Weiss, Erin Bannink, Ekhart Tolle, and Tara Brach, to name a few.

Establishing the Habit of Meditation
Meditation is a habit that wasn't easy for me to establish, but it has been one that I have benefitted immensely from. It has helped me from simple things like, loading the dishwasher gracefully to deeper stuff like, the way I can influence the immediate world around me more effectively and lovingly.

With relaxation techniques I've been able to access and discover unconscious patterns in my life that were holding me back from being the best version of myself, moment to moment. I continue to work with them and truly enjoy helping others discover their own hidden memories.
I trained with Dr. Brian Weiss, studying intuitive exercises and hypnosis techniques, with the intention of achieving a connection with my higher guidance and helping others achieve theirs.
You could access subconscious messages from the spirit realm, from past experiences in this current Lifetime, or from Past Lives, that may need to be brought to light for your personal and spiritual growth. The possibilities are endless and unique to each individual.
