By participating in this 6-week program you will:
Meditate in your own time, with the audio provided, for only 10 minutes daily for the one week or
Meditate with the same style until you observe changes in the environment of your mind
Start or continue a habit that will enable you to be present in what you do, and create life from your heart and not just from thoughts
Solidify the habit of Meditation which you can then continue on your own
Become mindful of the content of your mind and harness the power of trusting yourself
Build resilience during periods of change
Know the Meditation style that best suits your strengths and your needs
Establishing the Habit of Meditation
Meditation is a habit that wasn't easy for me to establish, but it has been one that I have benefitted immensely from. It has helped me from simple things like, loading the dishwasher gracefully to deeper stuff like, the way I can influence the immediate world around me more effectively and lovingly.

It takes more than a few days to establish a new habit. That's why I want to guide you in this journey, and invite you to register in the Create the Habit of Meditation program with a friend or maybe just by yourself!
Why I Meditate:

When practicing mindfulness, I feel empowered to go into my daily life.
Mindfulness helps live simply and slowly, change habits, be present in everything I do and create my life from my heart.
Meditation has mental benefits I have benefitted from, such as improved focus, happiness, self-control, work performance and more.
Some research on meditation has indicated that it may have other health benefits, including improved metabolism, heart rate, breathing, blood pressure and more.

Meditate live & participate in a short calss or Q&A session every Sunday at 8:00-8:25 PST/11:00-11:25 EST
(which you can also do on your own after receiving the audio on Sundays)
Meditate in your own time, with audio provided, for only 10 minutes daily during the rest of the week
Receive useful tips every week to make progress and enjoy this time for yourself
Develop or maintain the habit of meditation which you can continue for the

I began studying Tibetan Buddhism in 2009. This sparked a strong interest in the subconscious, and it gave me the opportunity to explore the vast potential of inner growth that can be accessed through meditation and concentration techniques. I enjoy exploring these techniques with students at all levels of meditation.
I have been leading weekly meditation groups since 2016.
Guiding them through a variety of meditation techniques that can bring each student in alignment with their most authentic path.

With relaxation techniques I've been able to access and discover unconscious patterns in my life that were holding me back from being the best version of myself, moment to moment. I continue to work with them and truly enjoy helping others discover their own hidden memories.
I trained with Dr. Brian Weiss, studying intuitive exercises and hypnosis techniques, with the intention of achieving a connection with my higher guidance and helping others achieve theirs.
You could access subconscious messages from the spirit realm, from past experiences in this current Lifetime, or from Past Lives, that may need to be brought to light for your personal and spiritual growth. The possibilities are endless and unique to each individual.
