Establishing the Habit

Meditation is a habit that wasn't easy for me to establish, but it has been one that I have benefitted immensely from. It has helped me from simple things like, loading the dishwasher gracefully to deeper stuff like, the way I can influence the immediate world around me more effectively and lovingly.

It takes more than a few days to establish a new habit. That's why I want to guide you in this journey, and invite you to register in the Create the Habit of Meditation program with a friend or maybe just by yourself!


Why I Meditate:

It relieves stress and helps me relax.

When practicing mindfulness, I feel empowered to go into my daily life.

Mindfulness helps live simply and slowly, change habits, be present in everything I do and create my life from my heart.

Meditation has mental benefits I have benefitted from, such as improved focus, happiness, self-control, work performance and more.

Some research on meditation has indicated that it may have other health benefits, including improved metabolism, heart rate, breathing, blood pressure and more.

By participating in these 29 days:

  • Be part of a community who’s also developing the meditation habit

  • Meditate live & participate in a Q&A session every Sunday at 8:00-8:25 PST/11:00-11:25 EST, starting February 14th, 2021
    (which you can also do on your own after receiving the live event audio on Sundays)

  • Meditate in your own time for only 10 minutes daily during the rest of the week

  • Receive useful tips every week to make progress and enjoy this time for yourself

  • Develop the habit of meditation which you can continue for the rest of your life

  • Become mindful of the content of your mind and harness the power of Trust

  • Build resilience during periods of change

  • Pay less than $1 a day when you register this weekend with Early Bird registration.

  • Finish strong on March 14th with a solid practice of Meditation that you can continue on your own for the rest of your days in this planet!


Everyone's different and that's what makes us unique. Some of us will need only 21 days to create a habit and some of us will need more. That's why you'll be able to access these meditations in your own time. You will receive a new meditation audio file via email, every day.


Meditate With Valentina

I began studying Tibetan Buddhism in 2009. This sparked a strong interest in the subconscious, and it gave me the opportunity to explore the vast potential of inner growth that can be accessed through meditation and concentration techniques. I enjoy exploring these techniques with students at all levels of meditation.

I have been leading weekly meditation groups since 2016.

Guiding them through a variety of meditation techniques that can bring each student in alignment with their most authentic path.

Current guided meditations:

Tuesdays 5:30pm PST/ 8:30pm EST (15 min meditation)

Sundays: 8:15am PST/ 11:15am EST (10 min meditation with optional yoga after)


Experience Spiritual Hypnosis

With relaxation techniques I've been able to access and discover unconscious patterns in my life that were holding me back from being the best version of myself, moment to moment. I continue to work with them and truly enjoy helping others discover their own hidden memories.


I trained with Dr. Brian Weiss, studying intuitive exercises and hypnosis techniques, with the intention of achieving a connection with my higher guidance and helping others achieve theirs.

You could access subconscious messages from Spirit, from Past Lives, or from experiences in this current Lifetime, that may need to be brought to light for your personal and spiritual growth. The possibilities are endless and the experience is unique to each individual.
