I’m the mother of two wonderful young adults and the wife of a very supportive husband. My yoga practice began in 2002, but my formal inner journey started in 2008, when my mother was diagnosed with a life-threatening cancer. That painful moment reshaped my life, anchoring me in how I want to live today, growing through mindfulness, meditation, and living with authenticity.
My interest in the subconscious began in 2009 through my studies in Tibetan Buddhism, and later expanded through training with Dr. Brian Weiss, where I learned intuitive and hypnosis techniques for deeper self-exploration and connection with higher guidance.
Since 2016, I’ve led weekly meditation groups, and beginning in 2018, I’ve guided mindfulness retreats, blending a variety of meditation techniques to help others connect with their inner truth and authentic role in this lifetime.
What I offer today is the result of many years of devotion to self-inquiry, healing, and presence. My work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that the answers we seek are already here — sometimes we just need support slowing down and trusting the guidance, I'd love to show you there!
I hold a Mindfulness Teacher Certification from the Awareness Training Institute and the Greater Good Science Center at the University of California, Berkeley.
I’m based in Austin, Texas, where I work as a certified mindfulness teacher, meditation guide, and spiritual regressionist. I’m also studying Psychology, an evolving journey that adds depth and meaning to my understanding of the mind and how we Change our World when we look from within.

The Meditator Experience


I use relaxation techniques and hypnotherapy to gently guide you to a journey to your past, where you will explore and experience a past memory, a spiritual message or a past life that is relevant to this current lifetime.
I've been able to access and discover unconscious patterns in my life that were holding me back from being the best version of myself. I continue to work with them and truly enjoy guiding others to discover their own hidden memories.
I trained with Dr. Brian Weiss, studying intuitive exercises and hypnosis techniques, with the intention of achieving a connection with my higher guidance, and my goal is to help you achieve yours!
During a Spiritual Regression session, you can access subconscious messages from the spirit realm, from past experiences in this current lifetime, or from past lives. These are allowed by your subconscious to be brought to light for your personal and spiritual growth.
