Service Description

Learn and practice The Profound "Four Foundations of Mindfulness". This program will teach you practical ways to get to the Clarity you can receive from experiencing your body, your emotions, and the content of your mind in a guided and structured way. This is what each 1-hr class will look like: 10-15 min Guided meditation ๐Ÿง˜ (live experience of each Foundation) 10-15 min Discussion ๐Ÿ’ž (talk about your experience) 10-15 min Talk with instructions and/or practical exercises ๐Ÿ“ (applicable content) Remaining time for Q&A ๐Ÿ™‹ The experience of Pain is necessary for us to grow and become better at what we do and who we are, however Suffering is not necessary, we only experience suffering when our Minds are Full and we can't be present to what we do or think. Learn how to experience pain in your life without the unnecessary suffering we add when our minds are Full. You'll need this for your work, your relationships, and even for sleeping! It is required to attend all 4 classes to receive the benefits of this practice. $12 each 1-hr class, or pick the pricing plan that has been offered to you. We start on Sunday... March 3rd at 8:15am Pacific / 10:15am Central (with the 1st Foundation), March 10th (2nd Foundation), March 17th (3rd Foundation), and March 24th (4th Foundation) Mark your calendars!
