Now, I’ll give this the HappyouHappyme twist.

1. Create a list of things I need help with. Pick the most important one now.
2. Think of one person that’s having [in some way] the same difficulty/problem.
3. Do one thing each day towards helping this person alleviate this difficulty.
4. Watch how “my problem” starts to solve.

The only way to prove this is by testing it out, until I do so, at least I’ll stop complaining about my problem! 🙂
