We all have things that we’re good at (strengths) and things that we are bad at (weaknesses). Why not focus on the things that we are good at and put them to work with others.

Pick one of your strengths (what you’re good at) and focus on using it with someone in your life, even a stranger!

(I feel I’m really good at striking spontaneous conversations. I actually never thought of it until I stopped to think about a strength, so I’ve decided I’m going to call two old friends, whom I haven’t talked to in more than 5 years, and make sure they’re doing well in their lives)

What is one thing you consider yourself good at?
Who are you going to let benefit from that?

By becoming aware of the good in you, and consciously involving others to benefit from it, you are setting yourself up for lasting happiness.
