Do you feel judged by anyone?
If you do, most likely, you are also judging too. I know, it may sound a little harsh for me to say this, but it is our human nature to expect different outcomes than those presented to us sometimes, and that’s when we exercise “judgement”.
Can you catch yourself judging?
(I even judge myself, which I believe is one of the most harmful forms of judgement. I am very hard on myself when I feel my day hasn’t been as productive as I would like it to be)
When you catch yourself judging, just notice and ask yourself: is this helping me? is this helping the person I’m judging? Of course not!
Let’s stop this bad habit and flow with what’s being presented to us. You will notice a big difference in your energy reservoir.
